Delivery and payment
Production time
Every element is made to order, so production time has to be added to the delivery time. The clock starts the moment your payment is credited.

For orders from 250,00 zł delivery is free. We ship within Poland; shipping abroad is arranged individually.
Payment
Payments are handled by an external operator — we do not store card details. We show the available methods in the order summary. We issue a VAT invoice once you enter your NIP in the order form.
Remember before you buy
Personalised products are not subject to the 14-day return. The details and the legal basis are in the Withdrawal from the contract document. We are fully liable for defects and for anything that does not match your design — see the complaint rules.
