Withdrawal from the contract

Under Article 38(3) of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply where the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy their individualised needs.

Every element in our shop meets that definition. We keep no stock of finished products — the printer starts only after your payment, with your text, in your typeface, size and colour. A 12 cm high „ZOSIA” in powder pink has no second buyer.

That is why, before you place an order, we ask for a separate confirmation that you acknowledge this. It is not a small-print trick — it is the condition that makes this kind of sale possible at all.

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal in no way limits our liability for quality. If you receive something that does not match the design or is defective:

• we replace the element with a new one or repair it — at our cost, including shipping both ways,
• if replacement is impossible or excessively inconvenient, you may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract,
• we examine the complaint within 14 days of it being submitted,
• we are liable for 2 years from delivery of the goods.

To report it: biuro@stworzto.pl — the order number and a photo are entirely enough.

Since returning is off the table, we have done everything we can so that you know what you are getting:

• the 3D preview is generated from the same typeface file we print from — the shape of the letters is faithful to the millimetre,
• the dimensions of the finished element are shown in the corner of the preview the whole time you are designing,
• you can rotate the design and see it on light plaster, dark plaster, brick, concrete and wood,
• we warn you when a typeface would be too thin or a material is not suitable for a façade.

If we were ever to sell a ready-made product that is not manufactured to individual order, the right of withdrawal applies on the usual terms: 14 days from taking possession of the item, with no reason required. In that case it is enough to send a statement to biuro@stworzto.pl. A template follows below.
