Terms and Conditions

In force since 2026-08-21

This document sets out the rules of sale in the StworzTo.pl shop. We wrote it to be readable — no translation from legalese required.

1Who is selling

The shop is operated by TechnOVO Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Domanice 69, 55-081 Domanice, entered in the Polish National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000849578, NIP 8961596096, REGON 386574390, share capital 100 000 zł. Contact: biuro@stworzto.pl.

In these Terms we refer to ourselves as the Seller, and to the person making a purchase as the Customer. If the Customer buys as a natural person acting outside their business activity, they are a Consumer and enjoy the additional protection described below.

2What we sell

We sell three-dimensional elements made with 3D printing technology: house numbers, names, lettering, single letters and digits. Every element is made to order only, according to the content and parameters chosen by the Customer in the configurator. We do not keep a stock of finished products.

The preview in the configurator is generated from the same typeface file we use to prepare the model for printing. The shape of the letters and the dimensions are faithful. The colour shade on screen may differ from the actual one — that is a limitation of displays, not a defect of the goods.

3How the contract is concluded

  • The Customer designs the element in the configurator, adds it to the cart and fills in the order form.
  • Prices in the configurator are gross prices in Polish zloty and include VAT. They do not include the delivery cost — we show that before the order is placed.
  • Before placing the order the Customer accepts these Terms and — in the case of a Consumer — confirms awareness that they are ordering an item made to their own specification.
  • Clicking „Order and pay” constitutes an offer. The contract is concluded the moment we confirm acceptance of the order, which we send by e-mail.
  • No account is required to place an order.

We reserve the right to refuse to fulfil an order if the ordered content infringes the law, third-party rights (including trademark rights) or good practice. In such a case we immediately refund the full amount paid.

4Payment

Payments are handled by an external payment operator. We present the available methods during the ordering process. We start production once the payment has been credited.

On request we issue a VAT invoice — simply enter your NIP in the order form. Without a NIP the Customer receives a fiscal receipt or a personal invoice.

5Fulfilment and delivery

Standard production time is 3–5 business days from the moment the payment is credited. With the express option selected — 24 hours. Carrier delivery time comes on top of that.

Available delivery methods and their cost:

  • InPost parcel locker — 9,99 zł, 1–2 business days.
  • InPost courier — 14,90 zł, 1–2 business days.
  • Personal pickup — free of charge, after confirmation.

For orders from 250 PLN delivery is free. We ship only within the territory of the Republic of Poland. Orders from abroad are fulfilled after individual arrangement.

6Withdrawal from the contract — important

A Consumer who concludes a distance contract can usually withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason. In our shop this right does not apply and we want that to be clear before the purchase, not after it.

The reason follows directly from the statute: under Article 38(3) of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights the right of withdrawal does not cover contracts in which the subject of the performance is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured to the consumer's specification or serving to satisfy their individualised needs. Every element in our shop is made in exactly that way — with the text, typeface, height, thickness and colour indicated by the Customer.

That is why, before placing the order, the Consumer separately confirms that they acknowledge this. We describe the details in the Withdrawal from the contract document.

This exclusion does not affect complaints. We are fully liable for goods that do not conform to the contract — see the next section.

7Complaints

We are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract on the terms set out in Chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. That liability covers a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within two years from that moment.

The goods do not conform to the contract in particular when:

  • the content, typeface, dimensions or colour differ from the approved design,
  • the element arrived damaged or cracked,
  • it shows a manufacturing defect — it delaminates, crumbles or deforms under normal conditions of use.

A complaint is submitted to biuro@stworzto.pl, quoting the order number and attaching a photo. We examine it within 14 days. We first repair or replace the element at our cost. If that is impossible or would involve excessive inconvenience, the Customer may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

The following are not defects: natural shade differences between filament batches, faint layer lines visible under sharp light, and damage caused by improper mounting or use inconsistent with the intended purpose (e.g. hanging an element ordered for indoor use on a façade).

8Disputes and consumer support

We always ask you to contact us first — most matters can be settled by e-mail within a day. If that is not enough, the Consumer may use out-of-court complaint resolution procedures:

  • mediation conducted by the voivodeship inspectorates of the Trade Inspection,
  • the permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the voivodeship inspectorate of the Trade Inspection,
  • free assistance from the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman and from consumer organisations,
  • information and contact: uokik.gov.pl.

Using these procedures is voluntary for both parties. The EU ODR platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.

9Copyright and content ordered by the Customer

The typefaces made available in the configurator are licensed for commercial use. The Customer does not acquire any rights to the typefaces themselves — they acquire the manufactured item.

The Customer is responsible for the content of the ordered lettering. By placing an order they declare that they are entitled to commission that content, in particular that it does not infringe anyone else's trademarks or copyright.

10Personal data

We describe the rules of data processing in our privacy policy, and the cookies we use in our cookie policy.

11Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms for important reasons — changes in legislation, in the scope of services or in payment and delivery methods. Orders placed before a change are fulfilled under the previous rules. We announce any change on the website at least 14 days in advance.

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The Polish version of this document is the binding one. Translations are provided for convenience only.
