Does the preview really show what I will get?+
Yes. The shape in the configurator is built from the same typeface file we use to generate the model for printing. The letter shapes, proportions and dimensions are identical. The colour on screen may differ in shade — that is a limitation of every monitor, not of the print.
How long does fulfilment take?+
Normally 3–5 business days from the moment the payment is credited. With the express option we ship within 24 hours. On top of that comes the courier time — usually one business day.
Can I return the lettering I ordered?+
No — and we want that to be clear before you pay. Every element is made solely to your order, using the text you type in and the parameters you select. Under Article 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not cover non-prefabricated items made to a consumer's specification. If, however, you receive something that does not match the design or is damaged, we correct it or print it again at our cost.
What if the lettering arrives damaged or does not match the design?+
We are liable for the conformity of the goods with the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act. Write to us within 14 days of receipt, attach a photo, and we will replace the element with a new one at our cost. If repair or replacement turns out to be impossible, we refund the money.
Will the lettering survive on a façade?+
Yes, if you choose the „Outdoors” option. We then pick a material resistant to water, frost and UV radiation. For interiors we use a more precise material that is sensitive to temperature — which is why we do not let you order it for a façade.
How do I mount the finished lettering?+
The set always includes a mounting kit and a paper spacing template — you tape it to the wall, mark the points and take it off. Tape mounting requires no drilling. Indoor lettering can also be ordered in a free-standing version, with a base under every character.
Will I get an invoice?+
Yes. You enter your NIP with the order and we issue a VAT invoice to the company. Without a NIP you get a receipt with a personal invoice.
Do you make larger runs for companies?+
Yes — office signage, room numbers, reception lettering and logos. From 3 pieces the discount is applied automatically; for larger runs write to us for an individual quote.
Can I order my own logo?+
We are working on it. Eventually you will upload a vector file and we will show a visualisation and a price just as we do for lettering. Write to us if you need it right now — we will do it manually.
Which colours are available?+
Dozens of colours, including metallic and satin finishes — you can see the full palette in the configurator along with current availability. You can also choose a two-tone version: one colour on the front, another on the sides. Our printers swap filament mid-print, so it is a single piece, not something glued together.
