- How do I measure the bowl?
- Put the bowl on a table and measure the rim diameter from above - outer edge to outer edge. Enter it in the configurator. The opening is 14 mm smaller, so the bowl rests on the collar by its rim.
- Is the bowl included?
- No - we make the stand for the steel bowl you already have, so your dog keeps the bowl it knows.
- Which height should I choose?
- The bowl should be roughly at your dog's elbow height: about 10 cm for small breeds, 15 cm for medium and 20 cm or more for large dogs.
- What is it made of?
- PETG - a tough, durable plastic. The stand has two parts: a ribbed base and a collar with the name, pressed together.
- How do I clean it?
- Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Not dishwasher safe; keep away from heat. Take the steel bowl out and wash it separately.
